At Into Eden, I help clients navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles by integrating spiritual insight, clinical skill, and compassionate presence.
I’m Rebecca, and I believe in the power of deliverance, freedom, and growth through human connection. At Into Eden, we strive to find the therapist that supports your personal journey. I understand the role personal spirituality plays in healing. Together, we can explore how your faith-based beliefs can support your whole journey—while honoring and respecting your unique spiritual path.
I work with individuals to overcome emotional burdens, and I also support couples and families in building healthier relationships through improved communication and deeper understanding. Whether you’re experiencing emotional pain or seeking greater connection, I walk with you through it—offering a space where your story is honored, and your growth is empowered.
We begin by understanding your unique story. After our first session, we’ll co-create a personalized plan to help you move forward with confidence and clarity. You don’t have to do this alone.
