Audrey is a dedicated Christian Counselor with over 15 years of experience in Marriage and Family Counseling, as well as Christian Education. Holding two master’s degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Audrey is a certified trauma provider who expertly integrates theology and psychology to help clients achieve transformative healing.
Believing that every therapist operates from a worldview, Audrey is transparent about hers, openly integrating her faith into her practice while respecting each client’s individual beliefs. Her unique L.I.F.T. method, which adapts IFS protocols into a Christian-based framework, guides a wide range of believers through their therapeutic journey.
Specializing in trauma and PTSD, Audrey also addresses “all things women,” including relationships, anxiety, depression, mothering, infertility, body image, and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping clients rebuild their relationships with their bodies and achieve personal wellness goals.
Audrey’s approach includes guided imagery and meditation, fostering internal dialogue that leads to deep healing, freedom, and harmony. She is also excited to introduce Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to her practice in late 2024 or early 2025, which will complement her L.I.F.T. method. Her upcoming book, Image Is Everything: A Method of Transformation into the Image of Christ for the Everyday Believer, set to publish in early 2025, further details her integrated approach.
Clients have praised Audrey for her transformative impact. One client shared, “When I first started with Audrey, I was completely overwhelmed. Through her guidance, I discovered the parts of myself that were protecting me and learned to hear God’s voice. Now, I see myself as beautiful and unique, aligned with God’s purpose.”
Outside of counseling, Audrey cherishes dinners with friends, especially by the beach, and values her supportive friendships. She enjoys hitting the gym and the gun range to de-stress, and loves fishing and tactical training with her husband, Butch, her high school sweetheart. Audrey also treasures time with her son, Raiden, and can never resist a good red velvet or cookie dough dessert.
Audrey’s mission at Into Eden Christian Counseling & Wellness is to partner with God to transform body, soul, and spirit. She believes in integrating wellness plans, spiritual connections, and psychological sciences to promote holistic healing, freedom, and harmony.
